What a fabulous time I had with Rick Coplin. With years of experience, he now owns his private practice where he helps entrepreneurs get started. I knew he would shed some light on the ‘behind the scenes’ work we all need to do when we are trying to develop our VPS or MVV.
Be sure to listen at 20min where he dovetailed on his insight about growth and learning that I love. As well as around minute 28-30 he spoke on the importance of taking ‘managed’ risks which I thought was great.
